MHSM is located along Bombo Road twenty-five kilometers from Kampala central business district; 2kms South of Bombo town; in Ssenga village, Tikalu ward, Gombe Sub-County, Nansana Municipality, Wakiso District. It is found on Ssenga hill in a semi-rural environment setup along the Kampala – Gulu Highway. The turnoff from the highway leading to the school is at Kakerenge trading center before Bombo Township, a distance of two kilometers to the school.
